--Running and wrestling shoes, practice clothes and towels.  

--Bring twin bed linen or a sleeping bag, and a pillow.  

--There are washing machines available, so if you plan to do laundry bring change and laundry soap.  

--You will also need to bring your own shampoo and soap.  

--Meals will be provided but if parents wish to supply campers with extra money for vending machines we suggest you send them with change.
